In 2023, there were a total of 67 graduates from the MSc in Marketing programme. By December 2023, 90% of the graduates chose direct employment or entrepreneurship, while 7.5% opted for further studies.

Despite the challenging and complex employment situation, the graduates have been highly recognized by the job market. Over 95% of the students chose to pursue their careers in first-tier cities or regions such as the Greater Bay Area, Hong Kong, Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Wuhan. They have been employed by companies like Tencent, Alibaba, Meituan, Ernst & Young (Hong Kong), ByteDance, and Procter & Gamble.

In August 2023, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen officially released the "Employment Quality Report for the 2022 Graduates of the Master of Science in Marketing programme". The report showed that out of the 63 graduates from the 2022 cohort, 96.9% successfully found employment or pursued further studies. Those who chose employment/entrepreneurship entered popular industries such as the internet, finance, fast-moving consumer goods, and new energy, excelling in the workplace and becoming highly sought-after talents in various companies. Their average annual salary reached 254,500 RMB, with a median of 248,000 RMB. Among the graduates who chose employment/entrepreneurship, 46.8% decided to develop their careers in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, with employers including Tencent, JD.com, Alibaba, SenseTime, vivo, and L'Oréal.
