Career Development
The SFI Career Development Center or CDC is committed to improving students' all-around qualities to maximize employability. The Center provides systematic and personalized employment-related services covering all aspects of the job placement cycle, including career positioning, career planning, internship recommendation, and support for job application and interviews. CDC is staffed with dedicated and experienced professionals, who provide a range of job-oriented courses, as well as focused internship and employment platforms. Our goal is to help students enter society and realize their career dreams.
CDC’s mission is to continuously help students discover their potential, understand career prospects, determine career directions, and enhance professional qualities and skills. Key priorities are to build bridges between students and companies, expand students' internship and employment opportunities, deliver personalized guidance, and provide career transition coaching for our graduates.

In 2023, 63 graduates from the MSc in Marketing programme, saw a 96.9% employment rate or further education success. Those entering the workforce or entrepreneurship excelled in industries like internet, finance, FMCG, and new energy, earning an average annual salary of 254,500 RMB.

In 2023, all 67 graduates from the MSc in Marketing programme secured employment or pursued further studies. 63 students are working at companies such as Tencent, Google, ByteDance, and Procter & Gamble. Additionally, 4 students chose to pursue a Ph.D. The average annual salary for graduates reached 272,000 RMB, with those specializing in AI Marketing earning 328,000 RMB annually.
