The School of Management and Economics at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen officially released the "Employment Quality Report for Full-time Master's Graduates of the Class of 2025 from Shenzhen Finance Institute.
In June 2026, the School of Management and Economics (SME) at The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen (CUHK-Shenzhen) officially released the "Employment Quality Report for Full-time Master's Graduates of the Class of 2025 from Shenzhen Finance Institute (SFI)."
Facing multiple challenges posed by a complex and severe international landscape, fluctuations and adjustments in capital markets, and the rapid iteration of technology, the full-time master's graduates of the Class of 2025 proactively aligned with industry development trends. Leveraging their solid professional foundations, rich practical experience, and forward-looking, flexible career planning, they achieved high-quality and stable employment, maintaining an overall employment rate at a high level.
The Class of 2025 comprised 511 full-time master's graduates across six programmes, achieving an overall employment rate of 97.8%. Among them, 93.3% opted for employment, primarily concentrating in sectors such as technology and internet, finance, real economy industries, and comprehensive enterprises. Meanwhile, 3.1% chose to pursue further studies, with 15 graduates heading to renowned universities both domestically and internationally to pursue doctoral degrees.
As the ninth cohort of master's graduates cultivated by SFI, the Class of 2025 closely followed China's strategy of building a digital powerhouse and proactively embraced the wave of industrial transformation. Capitalizing on the development momentum of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, they actively dedicated themselves to key sectors including the real economy, public services, and state-owned enterprises. With a global vision, innovative literacy, and a spirit of pragmatism, they have written a testament to their youth while serving the nation's high-quality development.
